History
In 1967, USM was announced as a University by preparing a carnival made by The Prime Minister. It was first known as Universiti Pulau Pinang. USM won the Asian Innovation Award to be the one and only Malaysian university holding this award.

USM main campus is in Penang, the 2nd campus is located in Kelantan. The 2nd campus is known as the medical campus. The main campus includes residential hostels like: Restu, Tekun … USM is one of the most famous Malaysian universities as it has a cinematic appearance in 2017 in The Sleep Curse Movie.

  • Photo with WHITE Background size (3.5 * 4.5)
  • Copy of all Passport pages in one pdf file.

  • Health Status Declaration Form.
  • Visa fees: the range of visa fee is (500$-700$) it depends on the number of years and type of insurance.
  • Letter of Eligibility (LOE) / Objection Certificate (NOC) / No Objection Letter (NOL); just for three nationalities: (Omani, Irani, Sudani).
