Registration Steps

Choosing the program.

Get the offer letter.
The student should send his required documents to our team to check, then our team will submit the application to the university.
The offer letter will be generated within 1-2 weeks.

Student visa.

Travel to Malaysia.
After the student gets his visa approval letter, he should book a ticket to fly to Malaysia, and the flying to Malaysia needs to be before one week from the registration day, no more than one week.

Reception at the airport.
After the student booking his ticket, he should contact his private university or English institute before coming to Malaysia because he will not be able to leave the airport unless the university delegate will come to pick him up. For public universities, the student can leave the airport direct (No need for a university delegate).

Finish the registration.

Search for accommodation
After the student finishes all the registration process THE ADVISOR team will help the student to get proper accommodation inside or outside the university. For the accommodation, the student can contact us before traveling to Malaysia to choose and book a room for him.

FAQ
Yes, the student can obtain university admission without the IELTS or TOEFL certificate, and the university acceptance is (conditional admission), and the student must bring the language certificate when registering for the study.
Most universities in Malaysia have two semesters, the February semester and the September semester, and in order to obtain admission in one of these semesters, you must apply 3 months before the semester as a minimum for public universities and one month for private universities.
Note: Applications are open throughout the year for PhD and Masters students by research system.
The time period varies from one university to another, but on average, university admission is extracted within two weeks
The required score varies from one university to another from one major to another, but the required scores are always between (5-6) in the IELTS test.

- The medical evacuation paper (it is a form to be filled out by the student stating that the student is free of chronic diseases)
- Visa fees (paid for Malaysian passports) and vary according to the duration of the visa and the type of health insurance, ranging between $500-$700
