Registration Steps

Choosing the program.

The first step in registration that the student must choose his program and university, THE ADVISOR team will help student to choose his program and university.

Get the offer letter.

The student should send his required documents to our team to check, then our team will submit the application to the university.
The offer letter will be generated within 1-2 weeks.

Student visa.

After the student obtains university admission, we help the student to obtain an academic visa, in less than a month, to be able to travel to Malaysia.

Travel to Malaysia.

After the student gets his visa approval letter, he should book a ticket to fly to Malaysia, and the flying to Malaysia needs to be before one week from the registration day, no more than one week.

Reception at the airport.

After the student booking his ticket, he should contact his private university or English institute before coming to Malaysia because he will not be able to leave the airport unless the university delegate will come to pick him up. For public universities, the student can leave the airport direct (No need for a university delegate).

Finish the registration.

After the student reaches Malaysia, he needs to move directly to the university to finish his registration and pay the tuition fee, also he needs to do a medical checkup.

Search for accommodation

After the student finishes all the registration process THE ADVISOR team will help the student to get proper accommodation inside or outside the university. For the accommodation, the student can contact us before traveling to Malaysia to choose and book a room for him.

FAQ

Yes, the student can obtain university admission without the IELTS or TOEFL certificate, and the university acceptance is (conditional admission), and the student must bring the language certificate when registering for the study.

Most universities in Malaysia have two semesters, the February semester and the September semester, and in order to obtain admission in one of these semesters, you must apply 3 months before the semester as a minimum for public universities and one month for private universities.

Note: Applications are open throughout the year for PhD and Masters students by research system.

Study visa treatment takes 4-6 weeks
Upon completion of the visa procedures, you will receive an approval paper called (Visa Approval Letter -VAL) after which you can travel to Malaysia, but you need to do that in two weeks or less before the study date. If you arrive in Malaysia a month or two before the study, you will face problems in the visa procedures.
When you arrive in Malaysia, you must go to the university to complete the registration procedures and obtain the university card, and also deliver your passport to the visa department to add the visa sticker to the passport.
There are two main options for housing, the first option is to live inside the university, and the second option is to live in external dormitories that are close to the university. Accommodation procedures are arranged by the advisor company only for students who have been accepted to study through us.
